Needs some hard edged shading to take away from the blurryness of it and define some of the shapes. Keep working on it!
And I can't help thinking it would be really awesome if it had an eye or two peering out from it's mouth, like Gina Davis' face when she puts on her ugly head in Beetlejuice. So the mouth has to be open for him to even see.
